What is your return policy?
If you don't love it, you don't have to keep it! Simply mail your package back to us within 15 days of your purchase and we will issue you a refund to your credit card. Items received after 15 days and up to 30 days will be issued a store credit. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All items must be returned in the original packaging. If you have any questions, please email me at chiara@chichibean.com or call 914-667-4628. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Used or worn items are not returnable. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
My shipment arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately via telephone at 914-667-4628 if you have received defective or damaged merchandise and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Most shippers (UPS, FedEx) normally require an inspection so please do not dispose of the packaging and materials until you hear from us. You MUST inform us within 5 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Return your purchase in the original box, well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. Include a copy of your invoice and ship the box to:

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 48 hours. If you need your order express, overnight or next day please call us or email us to make sure we can accomodate your needs. We will do our best!
